0927600 is a 2/2-way normally closed (N.C.) pilot-operated diaphragm solenoid valve in the 0927 series. It is the 1-1/2-inch size with a 40 mm orifice, intended for relatively high-flow general-purpose fluid control.

Working Principle

The 0927600 uses a pilot-operated diaphragm mechanism.

When the solenoid coil is de-energized, the main passage remains closed. When the coil is energized, the pilot mechanism changes the pressure balance acting on the diaphragm, allowing the 40 mm main orifice to open.

Because this is a pilot-operated valve, the pressure differential across the valve is important for normal opening and closing.
