0927200 is a 2/2-way normally closed (N.C.) diaphragm pilot-operated solenoid valve. It belongs to the 0927 series and is designed for general-purpose control of air, water, oil, and other compatible fluids.

Working Principle

The 0927200 uses a pilot-operated diaphragm structure. When the coil is de-energized, the valve remains closed. When the coil is energized, the pilot circuit changes the pressure balance across the diaphragm, allowing the main valve to open.

Because it is pilot-operated, the valve requires a minimum pressure differential for normal operation. An older Norgren/Buschjost technical document for the 09270 series specifies a minimum differential of 0.7 bar, so the exact minimum should be confirmed against the particular manufacturer's version before replacement.
