    2W500-50 two-position two-way diaphragm water solenoid valve series, also known as water solenoid valve, is made of brass. The pipe adopts direct double-connection diaphragm type power on and off type to control the automatic switch of liquid, such as water, oil and gas in the pipe. It is an improvement on the previous one. The valve body adopts diaphragm structure without starting pressure, which can be directly used under zero pressure difference, extending the service life of the solenoid valve and broadening its service field. The use of nitrile butadiene rubber as a sealing material improves the safety of the product in a wide range of environments.

    Solenoid valve selection pay attention to its applicability


    1. The fluid in the line must match the medium calibrated in the selected solenoid valve series.

     

    2. The temperature of the fluid must be less than the calibration temperature of the solenoid valve selected.

     

    3. Solenoid valves allow liquid viscosity to be generally below 20 CST, greater than 20 CST should be noted.

     

    4. When the fluid cleanliness is not high, the filter should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. Generally, the solenoid valve requires good cleanliness for the medium.

     

    5. Pay attention to the flow aperture and the diameter of the nozzle; the solenoid valve is generally only controlled by the two-position switch; if necessary, please install the bypass tube for easy maintenance; when there is water hammer, customize the opening and closing time of the solenoid valve.

     

    6. The power supply current and power consumption should be selected according to the output capacity. The power supply voltage is generally allowed to be ±10%. It must be noted that the VA value is higher when the AC starts.

     

    The working principle of 2W series electromagnetic water valves:

     

    The pilot valve of the secondary valve opening is mainly composed of a pilot valve and a main valve, and adopts a rubber sealing structure. When in the normal position, the pilot valve is sealed with a movable iron core, the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, and the main valve is closed. When the coil is energized, an electromagnetic force is generated to absorb the moving core, and the dielectric self-guide valve port in the main valve chamber is exhausted, resulting in a pressure differential. The diaphragm or valve cup is lifted quickly, the main valve port opens, and the valve shows the path. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, the active core is reset, the valve port is closed, and the valve is closed when the valve and the main valve chamber are in pressure.
