Electromagnetic Pulse Valve 1.5'' DMF-ZM-40S for Bag Filter AC220V DC24V

The DMF-ZM-40S is a Quick Mount Pulse Jet Valve from the BFEC/SBFEC series, with a nominal size of 1-1/2" / DN40. This model features a built-in pilot + double diaphragm structure and is suitable for bag filters, cartridge filters, and other pulse-jet cleaning systems.

Working Principle

When the pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil, the integrated pilot mechanism changes the pressure inside the diaphragm chamber.

The pressure differential causes the two main diaphragms to open rapidly. Compressed air then passes through the Ø40 mm flow passage and enters the blow pipe, generating the pulse required to clean dust from the filter media.

When the electrical signal stops, the pilot mechanism closes and pressure is restored above the diaphragms. The diaphragms return to their closed position, completing the cleaning cycle.

For this reason, the pulse valve should be selected together with the compressed-air pressure, blow-pipe arrangement, filter area and pulse-controller settings, rather than by nominal port size alone.
