DMF-ZM-20 is a 3/4-inch quick-mount pulse jet valve from the BFEC/SBFEC DMF series. It uses an integrated pilot and single-diaphragm construction and is designed for compressed-air cleaning in baghouse and other dust-collection systems. 

The main characteristic of the DMF-ZM-20 pulse valve is its quick-mount connection. 

Working Principle

When the pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil, the integrated pilot mechanism changes the pressure in the diaphragm chamber. The pressure differential causes the main diaphragm to open rapidly, releasing compressed air through the valve into the dust-collector blow pipe.

When the electrical signal ends, the pilot closes and pressure is restored behind the diaphragm. The diaphragm then returns to its closed position, completing the cleaning cycle.
