DMF-ZF-40S Diaphragm Valve 1.5 inch Right Angle Flanged Electromagnetic Pulse Valve

The DMF-ZF-40S is a flanged pulse jet valve in the SBFEC/BFEC series. It features an integrated pilot and dual diaphragm structure and is primarily used in baghouse dust collectors, cartridge dust collectors, and other pulse-jet filtration systems. BRANDO's product documentation classifies it as a ZF series flanged pulse valve.

Working Principle

When the pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil, the integrated pilot mechanism changes the pressure balance inside the valve. The main diaphragm opens rapidly, allowing compressed air to pass through the valve into the blow pipe.

When the electrical signal stops, the pilot mechanism returns to its closed position. Pressure is restored in the diaphragm chamber, causing the main diaphragm to close and completing the cleaning pulse.

This design allows the valve to function as a high-speed compressed-air switch for filter cleaning systems.
