Flanged Pulse Jet Valve DMF-ZF-25 1'' Electric Diaphragm Valve

DMF-ZF-25 is a 1-inch flanged electromagnetic pulse jet valve used for reverse-pulse cleaning in industrial dust collectors and baghouse filtration systems. It belongs to the BFEC/SBFEC ZF flanged series and uses an integral electromagnetic pilot with a single diaphragm.

How DMF-ZF-25 Works

DMF-ZF-25 acts as a compressed-air switching device in a pulse-jet dust collector.

The operating cycle is:

1, The pulse controller sends an electrical signal to the solenoid coil.
2, The integrated pilot releases pressure from the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure differential causes the D25 diaphragm to open.
4, Compressed air is discharged through the valve into the blow tube.
5, When the electrical signal ends, the pilot closes.
6, Pressure is restored across the diaphragm and the valve closes.

The short pulse releases compressed air to remove accumulated dust from the filter surface.
