DMF-Z-50S G2 inch Right Angle Pneumatic Pulse Solenoid Diaphragm Valve AC220V DC24V

DMF-Z-50S is a 2-inch (DN50) right-angle electromagnetic pulse jet valve designed for reverse-pulse cleaning in industrial dust collectors and baghouse systems. It uses an integrated solenoid pilot and two-diaphragm configuration, with the inlet and outlet arranged at 90°.

How DMF-Z-50S Works

DMF-Z-50S uses an integral electromagnetic pilot to control the two main diaphragms.

The pulse-cleaning sequence is:

1, The pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil.
2, The pilot rapidly exhausts trapped air from the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure differential causes the main diaphragm assembly to open.
4, Compressed air is discharged through the 2-inch outlet toward the blow tube.
5, When the electrical signal ends, the pilot closes.
6, Air passes through the diaphragm bleed passage, restoring pressure and closing the valve.

The integral-pilot design is intended to provide rapid opening for short compressed-air cleaning pulses.

The main difference is installation configuration. The Z series is suitable where the compressed-air inlet and blow-tube connection require a 90° arrangement, while the Y series is designed for direct mounting on the air header.
