DMF-Z-20 DC24V AC220V Dust Collector Right Angle Pulse Valve Air Valve

DMF-Z-20 is a 3/4-inch (DN20) right-angle electromagnetic pulse jet valve designed for reverse-pulse cleaning in baghouse and industrial dust collector systems. The inlet and outlet are arranged at 90°, making it suitable for connecting an air tank/header to a blow tube.

DMF-Z-20 uses an integral electromagnetic pilot to control the diaphragm.

During a pulse-cleaning cycle:

1, The pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil.
2, The pilot exhausts pressure from the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure difference causes the diaphragm to open rapidly.
4, Compressed air is released through the outlet toward the blow tube.
5, When the electrical signal ends, the pilot closes.
6, Pressure rebuilds in the diaphragm chamber and the diaphragm returns to the closed position.

The 90° flow path is the main structural characteristic of the Z series and should be considered when designing the air header and blow-tube connection.
