MF-Y-25 Submerged Pulse Valve 1 Inch Dust Collector Diaphragm Valve

MF-Y-25 is a 1-inch (DN25) full-immersion/submerged pulse jet valve with a remote pilot. It is used for reverse-pulse cleaning in dust collector and baghouse systems. The key distinction from DMF-Y-25 is the control configuration: DMF-Y-25 uses an integral solenoid pilot, while MF-Y-25 uses a remote solenoid pilot mounted separately in an enclosure.

How MF-Y-25 Works

MF-Y-25 uses a remote electromagnetic pilot valve to control the diaphragm.

1, The pulse controller energizes the remote pilot.
2, The pilot exhausts compressed air from the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure differential across the diaphragm causes it to open.
4, Compressed air is released rapidly from the air header through the pulse valve.
5, When the pilot is de-energized, pressure is restored above the diaphragm.
6, The diaphragm closes and ends the cleaning pulse.

This configuration separates the electromagnetic pilot from the main pulse valve, which can be useful when the installation requires a remote pilot enclosure or centralized pilot arrangement.
