Submerged Pulse Solenoid Valve DMF-Y-76S Dust Collector 3'' Diaphragm Valve

DMF-Y-76S is a 3-inch (DN76) full-immersion / embedded electromagnetic pulse jet valve used for reverse-pulse cleaning in industrial dust collector systems. It is mounted directly on the compressed-air tank or header and uses an integrated solenoid pilot with two diaphragms.

The operating sequence is:

1, The pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil.
2, The pilot mechanism exhausts air from the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure differential causes the two diaphragms to open.
4, Compressed air is released directly from the header into the blow tube.
5, When the electrical signal ends, the diaphragm chamber repressurizes.
6, The diaphragms close and the pulse stops.

Because the valve is installed directly on the compressed-air tank, header construction, mounting dimensions and available air volume should be considered during system design.

Typical industries include cement, mining, steel, metallurgy, power generation, waste treatment and chemical processing.
