DMF-Y-25 is a 1-inch (DN25) full-immersion / embedded electromagnetic pulse jet valve designed for reverse-pulse cleaning of dust collector filter systems. It is part of the BFEC/DMF-Y series and uses an integrated solenoid pilot.

How DMF-Y-25 Works

Unlike the threaded DMF-Z-25 or straight-through DMF-T-25S, the DMF-Y-25 is mounted directly onto the compressed-air header/tank. The valve draws compressed air directly from the header during the cleaning pulse.

The operating sequence is:

1, The pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil.
2, The pilot mechanism changes pressure in the diaphragm chamber.
3, The diaphragm opens rapidly.
4, Compressed air is released from the header into the blow tube.
5, When the electrical pulse ends, the diaphragm closes.

This arrangement makes the tank-mounted installation structure the key characteristic of DMF-Y-25.

The DMF-Y series is designed for cleaning filter bags, cartridges, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered-metal-fiber filters.
