RCAC25T4 pulse valve is a 1-inch threaded reverse pulse jet diaphragm valve from the Goyen type T4 Series. It is designed for industrial dust collector filter cleaning systems and uses a high-speed diaphragm structure to deliver short, powerful compressed-air pulses for removing dust from filter media.

Compared with earlier CA/RCA25T models, the RCAC25T4 features an upgraded T4 Series design with Shockwave springless diaphragm technology, improving response consistency for frequent pulse-cleaning cycles.

How RCAC25T4 Pulse Valve Works

The RCAC25T4 operates through diaphragm pressure balance control.

During a cleaning cycle:

1, The dust collector controller sends a signal to the pilot system.
2, The pilot releases pressure from the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure difference forces the diaphragm to open.
4, Compressed air rapidly enters the blow tube.
5, The diaphragm closes after the pulse finishes.

The short pulse duration creates a high-speed airflow that helps remove accumulated dust from filter surfaces.
