RCAC20T4 pulse valve is a 3/4-inch threaded reverse pulse jet diaphragm valve from the Goyen type T-Series 4 Series range. It is designed for dust collector filter cleaning applications and uses a high-performance Shockwave springless diaphragm design. The RCAC20T4 can be used as a remote pilot valve and can also be converted to an integral pilot configuration by adding a compatible RCA3DM or RCA3PV pilot.

How RCAC20T4 Works

The RCAC20T4 operates by controlling the diaphragm pressure balance during a short compressed-air pulse.

Working process:

1, The pulse controller activates the pilot system.
2, The pilot releases pressure from the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure difference opens the diaphragm.
4, A compressed-air pulse is discharged into the filter cleaning pipe.
5, The diaphragm closes after the pulse cycle.

The Shockwave springless diaphragm design reduces the number of mechanical components inside the valve and is designed specifically for rapid pulse cleaning cycles
