RCA76T pulse valve is a 3-inch remote-pilot diaphragm pulse valve designed for reverse-pulse cleaning in industrial dust collector and baghouse systems. It is the largest standard valve in the Goyen type T-Series range, with a 76 mm nominal port/orifice and two diaphragms.

How RCA76T Works

The RCA76T uses remote pilot control. Instead of having an integral solenoid pilot like a CA76T, the RCA valve is operated by an external pilot valve.

During a cleaning cycle:

1, The pulse controller activates the external pilot valve.
2, The pilot valve changes the pressure in the diaphragm chamber.
3, The pressure differential moves the two-diaphragm assembly.
4, A large volume of compressed air is discharged through the 3-inch outlet.
5, The diaphragm assembly closes when the pilot signal ends.

This configuration is suitable for dust collectors where the pilot control needs to be installed separately from the main compressed-air valve.
