RCA45T pulse valve is a 1-1/2 inch remote pilot diaphragm pulse valve designed for industrial dust collector reverse-pulse cleaning systems. Compared with RCA35T, the RCA45T uses a larger 45 mm orifice and double diaphragm structure, providing higher compressed-air discharge capacity for larger filtration equipment.

How RCA45T Pulse Valve Works

The RCA45T is a remote pilot-controlled valve, meaning the pilot control valve is installed separately from the main pulse valve body.

Operating process:

1, The dust collector controller sends a signal to the external pilot valve.
2, The pilot valve releases the pressure in the diaphragm control chamber.
3, The pressure difference causes the diaphragm assembly to open.
4, A high-speed compressed-air pulse enters the blow pipe.
5, The diaphragm closes after the pulse cycle finishes.

This structure allows flexible installation in systems where the control components need to be separated from the main air-distribution pipeline.
