1-1/2'' RCA35T Dust Collector Remote Pilot Pulse Valve T Series

RCA35T pulse valve is a 1-1/2 inch remote pilot diaphragm pulse valve designed for industrial dust collector systems. It belongs to the Goyen type T-Series style threaded pulse jet valve range and is used to generate high-speed compressed-air pulses for cleaning filter media such as bag filters, cartridge filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fiber filters.

How RCA35T Pulse Valve Works

The RCA35T uses remote pilot control, meaning the valve does not have a built-in solenoid coil. Instead, an external pilot valve controls the air pressure balance inside the diaphragm chamber.

The operating sequence:

1, The dust collector controller sends a signal to the pilot valve.
2, The pilot valve releases the control air pressure.
3, The pressure difference moves the diaphragm.
4, A strong compressed-air pulse is discharged into the blow tube.
5, The diaphragm returns to the closed position after the pulse.

This remote-control structure allows flexible installation where the pilot valve and main pulse valve are separated.
