RCA25T pulse valve is a 1-inch remote pilot-operated diaphragm pulse valve used primarily in dust collector and reverse-pulse filter-cleaning systems. It is designed to deliver short compressed-air pulses for cleaning bag, cartridge, envelope, ceramic, and sintered-metal-fiber filters.

How RCA25T Works

The RCA25T uses remote pilot control. Unlike an integral-pilot CA25T, the RCA25T does not rely on a solenoid pilot mounted directly on the valve body.

During a cleaning cycle:

1, The external pilot valve receives a control signal.
2, The pilot releases the diaphragm's control pressure.
3, The pressure differential moves the diaphragm.
4, Compressed air is discharged through the 1-inch valve outlet.
5, The diaphragm returns to its closed position after the pulse.

This arrangement is useful when the pilot valve needs to be installed separately or when a centralized control configuration is preferred.
