RCA20T pulse valve is a 3/4-inch remote pilot diaphragm pulse valve used mainly for reverse-pulse cleaning in industrial dust collectors. It is part of the Goyen T-Series style threaded pulse valve range and uses an external pilot valve rather than an integrated solenoid operator.

How RCA20T Works

Unlike a CA20T with an integral pilot, the RCA20T is controlled remotely. A separate pilot valve supplies and releases the control signal to the diaphragm chamber. The resulting pressure differential moves the diaphragm and produces a short compressed-air pulse through the outlet.

This configuration is useful when the pilot valve needs to be positioned separately from the main pulse valve or when a centralized control arrangement is required.
