RCA15T pulse valve is a remote pilot controlled diaphragm pulse valve mainly used in dust collector filter cleaning systems. It belongs to the Goyen type T Series pulse jet valve family and is designed to release short, high-pressure compressed air pulses to clean filter bags, cartridge filters, and other filtration media.

How RCA15T Pulse Valve Works

The RCA15T uses a remote pilot control design, meaning the valve itself does not include an integrated solenoid coil. Instead, an external pilot valve or control system sends an air signal to operate the diaphragm.

The operating process:

1, The pulse controller sends an electrical signal.
2, The pilot valve opens and releases control air pressure.
3, Pressure imbalance moves the diaphragm.
4, A compressed air pulse is released into the filter cleaning pipe.
5, When the signal stops, the diaphragm returns to the closed position.

This design allows flexible installation in dust collector systems where the valve body and control components need to be separated.
