Goyen Type 2'' CA50T Diaphragm Pulse Jet Solenoid Valve for Dust Collector
The CA50T is a 2-inch (DN50) threaded, high-flow right-angle pulse jet valve. As a larger 2" valve, it is designed to clean long filter bags or large cartridge banks by delivering massive, rapid bursts of high-pressure air.
Key Specifications
Port Size: 2" (DN50) female threaded inlet and outlet (NPT or BSP threads).
Body Material: Die-cast aluminum alloy body and bonnet with stainless steel hardware.
Valve Structure: 90° right-angle double-diaphragm setup to ensure quick response times and high peak flow rates.
Actuation: Integrated solenoid pilot (CA prefix = direct-mounted solenoid coil; RCA prefix = remote pneumatic pilot).
Operating Pressure: 0.3 to 0.86 MPa / 5 to 125 PSI (3.5 to 8.6 bar).
Diaphragm Options:
NBR (Nitrile): Standard setup, -40°C to 82°C (-40°F to 180°F).
Viton (FKM): High-temperature/corrosive environment option, -29°C to 232°C (-20°F to 450°F).
Available Voltages: 24V DC, 110/120V AC, and 220/230V AC (50/60Hz).
Common Uses & Maintenance
Applications: Heavy-duty industrial dust collection systems including cement plant baghouses, steel production facilities, power generation plants, and bulk material handling systems.
Rebuild / Spare Parts: Uses replacement diaphragm kit K5004 (NBR standard) or K5005 (Viton high-temp), which includes the primary and secondary diaphragm assemblies, springs, and seals.
