The CA45T is a 1.5-inch (1-1/2") threaded, right-angle pulse jet valve. While it shares the same nominal port size as the CA35T, the CA45T features a larger valve body casting and expanded internal flow channels, delivering higher peak flow for large-capacity reverse-pulse dust collection systems.
Key Specifications Port Size: 1-1/2" (DN40) female threaded inlet and outlet (NPT or BSP). Body Material: Die-cast aluminum body and cover with stainless steel fasteners. Valve Structure: Right-angle, high-flow double-diaphragm configuration. Actuation: Integrated solenoid pilot (CA prefix = direct-mounted solenoid coil; RCA prefix = remote air-pilot operated). Operating Pressure: 0.3 to 0.86 MPa / 5 to 125 PSI (3.5 to 8.6 bar). Diaphragm Options: NBR (Nitrile): Standard range, -40°C to 82°C (-40°F to 180°F). Viton (FKM): High-temperature/chemical option, -29°C to 232°C (-20°F to 450°F). Available Voltages: 24V DC, 110/120V AC, and 220/230V AC.
Common Uses & Maintenance Applications: Heavy industrial baghouses, cement plants, steel mills, foundry ventilation, and large pulse-jet dust filtration units.
Rebuild / Spare Parts: Uses replacement diaphragm kit K4502 (standard NBR) or K4503 (Viton high-temp). These kits include both the primary and secondary diaphragm assemblies, springs, and seals.
