The CA25T is a 1-inch threaded, right-angle pulse jet valve. It is designed to deliver rapid, high-intensity pulses of compressed air to clean reverse-jet dust collectors, baghouses, and cartridge filters.

Key Specifications

Port Size: 1" (DN25) female threaded inlet and outlet (available in NPT or BSP).

Body Material: Die-cast aluminum alloy with stainless steel fasteners.

Valve Structure: 90° right-angle configuration.

Actuation: Integral solenoid pilot (CA prefix = direct-mounted coil; RCA prefix = remote pneumatic pilot).

Operating Pressure: 0.3 to 0.86 MPa / 5 to 125 PSI (3.5 to 8.6 bar).

Standard Diaphragm Materials:

NBR (Nitrile): Standard range, approx. -40°C to 82°C (-40°F to 180°F).

Viton (FKM): High-temperature/chemical option, approx. -29°C to 232°C (-20°F to 450°F).

Available Voltages: 24V DC, 110/120V AC, and 220/230V AC.

Common Uses & Maintenance

Applications: Cement processing, wood/paper mills, metal grinding, and general industrial dust collection systems.

Rebuild / Spare Parts: Air leaks or sluggish pulses usually indicate a worn diaphragm or pilot spring. The standard replacement diaphragm kit is K2501 (NBR) or K2503 (Viton/high-temp).
