The CA20T is a 3/4-inch threaded, right-angle pulse jet valve. It is designed specifically to produce short, high-volume blasts of compressed air to clean filter bags, cartridges, or envelope filters in dust collector baghouse systems.
Key Specifications Port Size: 3/4" (DN20) female threaded inlet and outlet (BSP or NPT). Body Material: Die-cast aluminum alloy. Valve Structure: Right-angle configuration (outlet is 90° relative to the inlet). Actuation: Integral pilot solenoid coil (CA prefix indicates direct-mounted coil; RCA indicates remote air-pilot operated). Operating Pressure: 0.35 to 0.85 MPa / 5 to 125 PSI (3.5 to 8.5 bar). Standard Diaphragm Materials: NBR (Nitrile): Standard range, approx. -40°C to 82°C (-40°F to 180°F). Viton (FKM): High-temperature option, approx. -29°C to 232°C (-20°F to 450°F). Available Voltages: 24V DC, 110/120V AC, and 220/230V AC.

Rebuild / Spare Parts: Over time, the internal rubber diaphragm and spring can wear out, causing air leaks into the blowtube. standard replacement diaphragm kit: K2000 (or K2007 for Viton/high-temp setups).
