1 Inch RCAC25FS Flanged Pluse Diaphragh Valve for Dust Collector

An RCAC25FS is a 1-inch (25 mm) remote pilot flanged pulse jet diaphragm valve for dust collectors, baghouses, and industrial filter cleaning systems.

Unlike the CAC25FS (which features an attached integral solenoid pilot), the "RCA" designation indicates that it is remote pilot operated, controlled externally by air pressure signals from a remote solenoid enclosure.

Key Technical Specifications

Port Size & Connection: 1-inch (25 mm) flanged inlet with a slide-seal outlet for quick installation and removal from blowpipes without dismantling surrounding piping.

Operation: Remote pilot operated via a 1/8" NPT, RC, or G thread pilot connection.

Body Material: Die-cast aluminum body and cover.

Diaphragm Options: Fitted with Goyen's Shockwave Nitrile/Buna-N diaphragm for standard temp operations, or Viton options for high-temperature and harsh chemical applications.
