An RCA45FS is a 1.5-inch (40 mm) remote pilot flanged pulse jet diaphragm valve for cleaning filter bags and cartridges in dust collectors, baghouses, and industrial filtration systems.

Unlike the CA45FS (which features an attached integral solenoid pilot), the "RCA" prefix designates a remote pilot operated valve, meaning it is controlled by air pressure from a distant pneumatic pilot enclosure via a pilot port.

Key Technical Specifications

Port Size & Connection: 1.5-inch (40 mm) flanged inlet with a slide-seal outlet, designed for quick installation and servicing without dismantling blowpipes.

Operation: Remote pilot operated via a 1/8" NPT or RC pilot line.

Body Material: Die-cast aluminum body and cover.

Diaphragm Options: Standard Nitrile/Buna-N shockwave diaphragm for standard temperature operation, or high-temperature Viton diaphragms for chemical or heat-intensive environments. Uses standard 1.5" rebuild kits such as the K4502 or K4503 (M2163) replacement diaphragms
