An RCAC25DD4 is a high-performance 1-inch (25 mm) remote pilot pulse jet diaphragm valve for dust collector systems, baghouses, and industrial filtration units.

Key Technical Specifications

Port Size: 1-inch (25 mm) Dresser nut (compression fit) connections, allowing easy installation without threading pipes.

Operation: Remote pilot operated with a 1/4" NPT or G thread pilot connection to an external solenoid enclosure. Recommended pulse time is 50–500 ms.

Body Material: Die-cast aluminum body and Dresser nuts.

Diaphragm: The standard repair kit for this model is K2546, Standard Goyen Shockwave diaphragm for quick opening and long service life.
