This solenoid valve coil is applied in CKD AB41-02 / AB41-03 series solenoid valves. Solenoid valve core is the sealing and sealing part of the solenoid coil, also known as the solenoid valve coil. Construction mode of electromagnetic coil: bobbin or no bobbin
First, whether the resolution coil adopts a bobbin structure or a bobbinless structure depends on the request and cost conditions.

1. Smaller electromagnetic coils for heavy working conditions can adopt a bobbinless construction and are also suitable for a large amount of cost. The problem is that it is hard to wear when the outer layer is insulated. The small coil is designed to have a bobbin because the inner hole is small and difficult to ensure insulation.

2. The smaller electromagnetic coil used for light working conditions, suitable for adopting the plastic bobbin, and simplifying the operation of the outer layer insulation of the coil compared with the non-skeletal coil. But it must be noted that the heat dissipation conditions of the coil have deteriorated.

3. The DC coil is preferably wound around the metal bobbin, and the target is to use the inner surface of the coil to dissipate heat.

4. In the above situation, it is best to adopt a combined coil bobbin:

1) A small amount of electromagnetic coil is used, and it is not necessary to manufacture a plastic bobbin at this time.

2) When a large-sized electromagnetic coil adopts a bobbinless coil, it is difficult to manufacture, and it is impossible to manufacture a plastic bobbin.

3) The coil with fewer turns and thicker wires (wire diameter greater than 0.51~0.8mm) is preferably designed as a bobbin-free structure. In the absence of any restrictions, it is desirable to adopt a bobbinless construction.
