2'' Pulse Valve Diaphragm For BFEC DMF-Z-50S DMF-Y-50S Repair Kit

The below diaphragm is used to repair 2 inch BFEC DMF-Z-50S, DMF-Y-50S pulse jet valve. The complete 1 set including 1 pc main diaphragm, 1 pc secnodary diaphragm, 2 pcs springs.

Pulse jet valve is either operated by internal Solenoid Operator or remote pilot solenoid valve. When the pilot solenoid valve is energised, the air trapped above the diaphragm is quickly exhausted through the pilot solenoid valve causing very fast opening of the main valve. When the pilot solenoid valve is de­ energised air supplied through the bleed hole is trapped above the diaphragm, causing to close the valve.
