Analysis of the leakage of the electromagnetic pulse valve and the resonance of the diaphragm:
1. The capacity of the air bag is too small, or the air supply pipe of the air bag is too small. After injection, the air supply is seriously insufficient. The valve cannot be reopened normally and quickly (it cannot be closed), and the diaphragm fluctuates (reverberation).
2. There is no water and oil separation triplet on site, and there is no blowdown valve under the air receiver or the blowdown valve has not been closed for a long time. Water and sundries are transferred into the valve to block the small diaphragm air guide pin and small air outlet. As a result, the pulse valve cannot be reopened instantaneously, resulting in "reverberation".
3. The push rod is hit and crooked, and the diaphragm cannot be removed normally.
4. The control time of pulse width is too long, the coil is electrified for a long time, resulting in electromagnetic memory phenomenon, which makes the push rod in the electromagnetic pilot valve unable to be dethroned, the diaphragm unable to be reopened, the remaining pressure in the air bag is too low, and the air supply is seriously insufficient.
5. The pulse gap is too frequent and the volume of the air bag is too small, which causes the remaining pressure in the air bag after injection to be too low, and the air supply pressure is seriously insufficient. The last several valves of each air bag cannot be removed and leak.
