Different ways of dust removal, different amount of escaping dust when dust removal, and different amount of residual dust after dust removal, so dust discharge concentration of dust remover is different. For example, the dust discharge concentration after mechanical vibration cleaning is lower than that after pulse spraying; The dust discharge concentration of the former is several times that of the latter when compared with the direct pulse (compressed air is injected directly into the filter bag) and the damping pulse (in the ash cleaning system, a device can gradually reduce the pressure in the filter bag after the solenoid valve is closed).
This is because in the case of direct pulse, the filter bag contracts sharply after spraying, and the filter air and the acceleration of the filter bag work together to increase the penetration of dust that is loosened after spraying. The resistance of the filter layer is higher than that of the direct pulse because there is more residual dust on the filter material. In addition, for the same ash-cleaning method, such as mechanical vibration ash-cleaning method, when the vibration frequency is constant, the amplitude increase will significantly increase the dust discharge concentration. But when the frequency and amplitude change, the dust discharge concentration is basically unchanged. The dust discharge concentration of the bag filter in practical application depends on the proportion of the filter bags in the total number of filter bags, the distribution of air flow in all the filter bags and the influence of the parameters of dust removal.
