The electromagnetic pulse valve of the pulse bag type dust collector is divided into a right angle electromagnetic pulse valve, a submerged electromagnetic pulse valve, and a straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve. Also known as diaphragm solenoid valve, pulse solenoid valve, diaphragm pulse valve. The electromagnetic pulse valve is a key component of the pulse bag type dust collector. It is called the “heart” of the pulse bag type dust collector, and its performance directly affects the operation effect of the dust collector. Air leakage is one of the common faults of electromagnetic pulse valves.

 

Once the electromagnetic pulse valve leaks, the air pressure of the air separation bag drops rapidly, all the pulse valves of the dust collector can not work, the running resistance of the dust collector continues to increase, and the ventilation volume decreases rapidly. The common causes of air leakage from electromagnetic pulse valves are as follows.

(1) For pulse valves, if there is a loop in the blow pipe in the air bag, the compressed air will leak directly into the blow pipe without passing through the pulse valve. The timely repair or replacement of the blowpipe eliminates the leakage of the pulse valve.

(2) There is rust, welding slag and other debris between the gasket of the diaphragm and the end face of the air outlet. The two cannot be tightly combined, resulting in leakage of the electromagnetic pulse valve. Open the pulse valve, debris. In the process of installing the pulse bag type dust collector, the compressed air pipe is first ventilated to remove rust, welding slag and other debris, and then the pulse valve and the air separation bag are installed, which can effectively avoid the leakage of the pulse valve caused by the blockage of debris.

(3) The diaphragm of the electromagnetic pulse valve is damaged. Close the valve in front of the pulse valve air bag and open the pulse valve for inspection. If the diaphragm is damaged, change it. The main wearing parts of the electromagnetic pulse valve are the pulse valve diaphragm. The good and bad quality of the pulse valve diaphragm directly affects the injection effect of the pulse solenoid valve, so the selection of the electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is the key.
