The 1-1/2'' CPVC Anti-Corrosive Solenoid Valve is the FF1C40B40 model in this CPVC chemical-resistant solenoid valve series. It is designed for automated on/off control of chemical, acid, alkali, and other corrosive liquid media.

Working Principle

The FF1C40B40 uses a pilot-operated piston structure. When the coil is de-energized, the valve remains normally closed. When the coil is energized, the pilot mechanism changes the pressure balance around the piston, allowing the main flow passage to open.

Because this is a pilot-operated valve, the specified minimum working pressure of 0.1 bar should be considered during system selection. It is different from a direct-acting valve that can generally operate independently of pressure differential.
