    CA45DD Goyen Type Pulse Jet Valve Wokring Principle:

    Pulse jet valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the pulse jet valve is energized, the trapped air above the pulse jet valve diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot operated valve is de-energized, air escapes through a bleed hole of the main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve.

    Injection time and period of bag filter with pulse jet valve:

    The pulse bag filter can extend the blowing time within a certain range, and the amount of compressed air injected into the filter bag and the amount of induced air can be increased to obtain a better cleaning effect. When the injection pressure is 200~700kPa, the spraying time is 0.3~0.1s, usually 0.15s; if the spraying time is extended, the resistance of the filter bag after spraying is reduced little, which has no obvious effect on the cleaning effect. Instead, it increases the consumption of compressed air, resulting in wasted energy.

     

    The length of the blowing cycle is generally determined by the filtering wind speed, the inlet dust concentration or the net dust of the inlet dust, the blowing pressure, and the running resistance of the precipitator. When the injection pressure is constant, if the filtering wind speed is large, the inlet dust concentration is high, and the blowing cycle can be shortened, so as to keep the resistance of the dust collector from increasing too much. However, in order to save energy, reduce the amount of compressed air and prolong the service life of the wearing parts of the pulse valve, the blowing cycle can be extended as long as the equipment allows.
