Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to the electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valve control, can instantly open and close the high-pressure air source pulse diaphragm valve.Control the oil pressure in the oil circuit. Pulse Jet valve installation:

1. Prepare supply and blowpipe to fit valve specifications. Avoid installing valves below the tank.

2. Make sure the water tank and pipes are free from dust, rust or other particles.

3. Ensure the air supply is clean and dry.

4. Install the valve into the inlet pipe and blow pipe to the valve to ensure that no excess thread sealant enters the valve itself.

5. Apply moderate pressure to the system and check whether the installation leaks.

6. Full pressure system.

7, test the fire and listen for correct movement and clear pulse noise.

Working principles:

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into the front and rear air Chambers. When the compressed air is connected to the rear air chamber through the throttle hole, the pressure in the rear air chamber will press the diaphragm tightly to the valve's output port and the electromagnetic pulse valve will be in the state of "closed". The electromagnetic pulse valve armature is reset when the electrical signal of the pulsed injection control instrument disappears. The vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed. The pressure of the rear air chamber increases, making the diaphragm close to the valve outlet.

1. Before leaving the factory, the products must be inspected one by one according to the provisions of article 2, 3, 4 and 9 of the technical requirements.

2. Random sampling of 15%(no less than 10 pieces) of the products delivered every quarter shall be conducted according to the provisions of article 5 and article 8 of technical requirements.

Type of inspection

Type test shall be conducted under any of the following circumstances:

1.the first batch of products produced;

2.changes in production process and materials used;

3.mass-produced valves shall be produced every three years;

4.type inspection requirements proposed by the national quality supervision structure.
