The electromagnetic pulse valve is composed of electromagnetic leader, diaphragm and valve body. The area of the back cavity of the diaphragm is larger than that of the front cavity.
The electric controller input electric signal, make the electromagnetic leader absorb the moving column, open the unloading hole, the pressure gas in the back chamber of the diaphragm is discharged rapidly, the pressure gas in the front chamber of the diaphragm is lifted, the channel is opened, and the pulse valve is sprayed.
When the electric pulse signal disappears, the spring of the electromagnetic leader immediately resets the moving column to close the unloading hole, and the pressure of the gas in the back chamber of the diaphragm and the force of the spring cause the diaphragm to close the channel and the valve to stop blowing. The damping hole on the diaphragm plays the role of damping airflow when the pilot head moving column lifts the gas pressure to unload. When the unloading hole is closed, the pressure gas is rapidly filled into the back cavity, making the diaphragm close the channel and stop blowing.
