Installation and using steps of DC24V/AC220V pneumatic flow control valves:

  1. Before installation, ensure that the valve is not damaged due to transportation.
  2. It is recommended to use a medium with 40 m filter element for lubrication. Note the flow direction and port size.
  3. Please note whether the installation conditions meet the technical requirements (e.g. "voltage", "working frequency", "working pressure" and "application temperature range") before installing and using the equipment.
  4. Pay attention to the direction of air flow during installation, P is the inlet, A (B) is the working port, and R (S) is the exhaust port.
  5. Take measures to avoid vibration and freezing.
  6. Make sure accessories and pipes are clean before using them. When connecting accessories, be sure to use PTFE threaded sealing tape correctly.
  7. To prevent dust from entering, use a muffler as the exhaust port. Do not forget to install dust jacket at air inlet and air outlet during disassembly.
  8. After installation, please use manual control valve to test the valve.
