The Castel Type 1020/2 Solenoid Valve is a high-quality, normally closed, direct-acting solenoid valve designed for refrigeration and air conditioning applications.
This compact refrigeration valve provides reliable control of refrigerant flow in commercial and industrial cooling systems.

The Castel type 1020/2 features 1/4-inch SAE flare connections and a maximum allowable pressure (PS) of 45 bar. Its direct-acting operating principle allows the valve to operate without a minimum pressure differential, making it suitable for applications where zero differential pressure operation is required.

The valve is available without a coil or with compatible electrical coils, depending on the model suffix.
