    Double-acting cylinder with 4V120 5/2 way pneumatic cylinder solenoid valves:

    The double-acting cylinder is a solenoid valve that requires a two-position five-way. A pneumatic connector, PU tube is required to connect these components. The solenoid valve has five threaded holes, three on one side and two on the other. The larger one in the middle of the three holes is the air intake hole. The air intake hole is connected to the third joint and the two are the exhaust holes. The exhaust hole only needs to be equipped with a muffler. The other two holes on the other side are the working holes, which are the two holes on the front and rear end caps of the cylinder, so that they are basically assembled. Maintain the continuous airflow, and adjust the pressure of 4-5MPA through the pressure regulating valve to control the piston of the cylinder to reciprocate by energizing and de-energizing the solenoid valve.

     

    Pneumatic solenoid valve installation precautions:

    1. According to the fluid chemistry, select the appropriate pneumatic solenoid valve material, such as strong acid gas can not use the pneumatic solenoid valve made of ordinary steel.

     

    2. Check the interface sealing condition of the pipe before installation to prevent the use of foreign matter in the pneumatic solenoid valve.

     

    3. Pay attention to the correctness of the wiring when wiring, and prevent the pneumatic solenoid valve from being safely used due to incorrect wiring or the wrong direction of the coil.

     

    Two main reasons for 4V120 pneumatic solenoid valve coil to burn out:
    1) The coil temperature is too high.

    2) The inside of the coil is filled with water.

     

    The coil temperature is too high for several reasons:

     

    1: The actual voltage fluctuation is too large, exceeding the rated voltage range. The domestic paint hung wire generally has a voltage deviation of 5%, and a good manufacturer can reach 10%.

     

    2: The medium circulating in your solenoid valve may have impurities, which may be stuck. The force of the electromagnetic wire cannot open the solenoid valve, causing the electromagnetic coil to work all the time. The coil is energized for a long time, the temperature rises, and finally the word burns.

     

    3: The starting power of the coil is not enough, so that the solenoid valve is always open, the coil heats up for a long time, the temperature rises, and finally the word burns.

     

    4: Your PTC thermistor is broken, causing the solenoid valve not to be properly controlled.
