The pulse solenoid valve is the actuator and key component of the pulse jet cleaning device, which is mainly divided into three types: Right Angle type, Embedded type and In Line type.
The right angle pulse valve is characterized in that the valve air inlet and outlet pipe is at a right angle of 90°, so it is called a right angle valve. The diaphragm in the valve of the right-angle pulse solenoid valve divides the pulse valve into two front and rear air chambers. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the intercepting hole, and the pressure of the rear air chamber brings the diaphragm. Pressurize the output of the valve and the pulse valve is closed.
The submerged pulse solenoid valve uses a mounting method that is submerged in the air bag, so it is called submerged. Compared with other forms, the flow resistance is reduced, the pressure of the blowing air source is lowered, and thus it can be adapted to low pressure, and the energy consumption and the life of the diaphragm can be reduced. The operation principle of the submerged pulse valve is that the diaphragm divides the pulse valve into two chambers, the front and the rear chamber. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice, and the rear chamber pressure closes the diaphragm to the valve. The output port is off.
The electric signal of the pulse blowing control device moves the armature of the pulse solenoid valve. After the pulse valve, the air outlet of the air chamber opens, the air chamber quickly loses pressure, the diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is blown through the valve output port, and the pulse valve is opened. . The compressed air is instantaneously ejected from the valve to form a blowing air stream. When the pulse controller's electric signal disappears, the armature is reset, the rear air chamber vent hole is closed, and the rear air chamber pressure is raised to make the diaphragm close to the valve output port, and the pulse valve is closed.
We have all of the above these three types pulse jet valves and repair kits, such as diaphragm, solenoid coil, spring and armature.
Focusing on you demand and offering you best solutions is our aim.
