This 2 Port Pilot Kick Solenoid Valve Diaphragm Structure is similar with CKD Type ADK11-25A / 25G / 25N solenoid valve. Its structure is mainly composed of pilot valve and main valve. The main valve adopts rubber sealing structure. When in normal position, the movable iron core seals the pilot valve port, the pressure is balanced in the valve chamber, and the main valve port is closed. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force will be generated to attract the moving iron core, and the medium in the main valve cavity leakage of the valve orifice, resulting in pressure difference, diaphragm or valve cup is quickly held up, the main valve orifice opened, the valve was a path. When the coil is cut off, the magnetic field disappears, the active iron core is reset, and the pilot valve port is closed. After the pressure balance between the pilot valve and the main valve cavity, the valve is closed again.

Usage notice of ADK11-25A / 25G / 25N CKD Type 2 Port Pilot Kick Diaphragm Solenoid Valve:
1. Check the components before use, whether they are damaged during transportation, and then install and use.

Closed, the inlet pressure quickly enters the upper chamber through the bypass hole to form a lower low and high pressure difference around the valve closing member, pushing the closing member downward to close the valve.
