    Right Angle pulse valve structure characteristics

     

    The inlet and outlet of right-angle pulse valve are sealed with special nut (aluminum alloy or stainless steel) and special sealing ring in smooth outer wall of inlet and outlet pipe and valve orifice end, with simple structure, convenient operation and reliable sealing.     Leakage of air from right-angle pulse valve:

     

    After installing emp valve, air leakage is the most common problem in installation. The following are the air leakage faults and causes:

    Install air leakage → air leakage between electromagnetic pulse valve body and spray pipe interface → screw on raw material tape or hemp pipe pliers

    Internal leakage → check whether the sealing element is damaged and the spring is not assembled properly

    External leakage → loose joints or broken seals → tighten screws or replace seals

    Power noise, the head on the fastener loose, tighten. Voltage fluctuation is not allowed, adjust the voltage. Iron core absorption surface impurities or uneven, timely cleaning or replacement.

     

    Damaged right-angle pulse valve diaphragm. Close the valve in front of the pulse valve manifold and open the pulse valve for inspection. If the diaphragm is damaged, it must be replaced.

     

    There are rust, welding slag and other sundries between the gasket of the diaphragm and the end face of the air outlet. The two cannot close together, resulting in leakage of electromagnetic pulse valve. Pulse valve must be opened to thoroughly remove debris. In the process of installing the pulse bag filter, the compressed air pipe should be ventilated and purged first to remove rust, welding slag and other sundries, and then pulse valve and separate air bag should be installed, which can effectively avoid the leakage of pulse valve caused by the blockage of sundries.
