The pulse bag filter dust blowing system consists of a pulse valve, a blowing air bag, a blowing pipe and related pipe connecting pipe fittings. The blowing system is the core component of the dust filtered by the bag filter cleaning bag. The purpose is to make the collected dust out of the dust bag and fall into the ash bucket while keeping the bag in the filtered state under the resistance. It is determined whether the design is correct or not. Whether the dust collector can operate normally or not. When designing the blowing system, attention should be paid to the selected pulse valve, the reasonable design of the blowing air bag capacity and the detailed construction of the blowing pipe.
1. Selection of pulse valve
Some pulse valve manufacturers provide graphs on the amount of gas injected, the working pressure, and the pulse width of the spray. When referring to such a graph, it should be noted that the amount of air blown here is the amount of air under standard conditions, not the volume of air under working pressure. At this time, we need to convert the gas volume in the standard state into the gas volume in the working state. For example, at a working pressure of 0.5 MPa, the pulse valve blows a gas volume of 500 L. In fact, the amount of compressed gas in the working state consumed by the pulse valve is: 500 × 0.1 / 0.5 = 100 L (0.1 MPa is a standard atmospheric pressure, 0.5MPa is the working pressure).
2. Determination of air bag capacity
After the small capacity of the air bag is sprayed once for a single pulse valve, the working pressure in the air bag drops to 70% of the original working pressure. The capacity of the air bag should be designed according to the small capacity, first determine the small volume of the air bag, and then on this basis, expand the volume of the air bag. The larger the volume of the air bag, the more stable the working air pressure in the air bag. We can also design the specifications of the air bag first, and then correct it with a small working capacity. The design capacity should be greater than (well much larger than) small working capacity. Generally speaking, the air bag working capacity is 2 to 3 times smaller than the small capacity.
3. Design of the blown pipe structure
The design of the blowing pipe is mainly the diameter of the blowing pipe, the nozzle hole diameter and the corresponding number of nozzles, the thick and short length of the blowing short pipe and the height of the short pipe mouth and the filter bag mouth.
