    The electric furnace dust collector poppet valve and bypass valve are of a thin plate type structure.     1. The temperature of the flue gas should not be lower than 50 degrees. If the flue gas is lower than 50 degrees, the bag and dust of the precipitator will condense. The bag and the ash clam will make the bag of the precipitator hard and brittle and easily break, which will shorten the life of the electric precipitator bag.

     

    2. The temperature of the flue gas is controlled within 280 degrees. If the bag exceeds 280 degrees, the bag will be burned. At present, the bag filter does not exceed the temperature.

     

    The setting of the electric dust collector cleaning system is also very important in the operation of the electric furnace dust collector.

     

    1. The width of the pulse valve of the precipitator cannot exceed 0.3-0.7 seconds. During this period, the dust of the dust collector bag is large.

     

    2. To ensure that the gas volume of the pulse valve of the precipitator is sufficient, the volume of compressed air is not enough to use the cleaning, so the pulse valve cleaning interval must be sufficient.
