When the pulse bag filter is running, the pressure difference is too high. At this time, we have to be vigilant. We need to check what causes the pressure difference to increase. In fact, there are many reasons for the pressure difference being too high. Let's analyze it:
1. The dust baggage of the pulse bag filter is too high, and the system does not take any thermal insulation measures, so that the temperature difference between the dust in the dust collector pipe and the external environment is large, water vapor and condensation appear in the heat exchange process, and dust is added. The humidity and viscosity should be insulated and insulated.
2. The material of the pulse bag dust collector does not match the dust characteristics, causing some air holes to be blocked. For dust with large concentration, small particle size, high humidity and viscosity, a film dusting bag should be used.
3. If the dust concentration is too high, the filter wind speed of the dust bag will be high, resulting in a high pressure difference of the dust bag. The dust removal load of the pulse bag filter and the filter wind speed of the filter material should be appropriately reduced, that is, the filter area is increased, and the filter material filtering wind speed is reduced.
4. The parameters related to the pulse blowing system are improperly set, and the electrostatic precipitator has poor cleaning effect.
