    The electromagnetic pulse valve is an automatic blowing and dust removing accessory of the pulse bag type dust collector, and is a compressed air "switch" of the dust removing and blowing system of the dust collector.     CA50MM embedded pulse jet valve in bag filter dedusting system:

    The pulse bag filter mainly uses the pressure air bag to compress the air as the dust removal energy. When the pulse valve is activated, the pulse airflow is pulsed from top to bottom. The dust layer attached to the outside of the filter bag is shaken into the hopper of the bag filter by pulse oscillation. Therefore, the pulse solenoid valve plays an important blowing role in the dust removal system. If the pressure or flow is insufficient and the airflow is too weak, the dust filter force can no longer reach the bottom of the filter bag, the dust cannot be peeled off in time, causing local dust accumulation, resulting in increased resistance of the equipment and uneven load of the filter bag. Shorten the life of the filter bag. If the injection pressure is too low, the dust that should be cleaned from the filter material cannot be cleaned, so the desired ash removal effect cannot be achieved.

    If the dust removal force is too large, fine particles that penetrate the surface of the filter material will be blown out of the surface, causing "secondary dust". These filter bags may also be broken by strong vibrations caused by high friction with the dust removing skeleton. If the pressure is too high, the filter bag will suddenly change from negative pressure to positive pressure. High-speed backflush will destroy the filter layer, remove the dust particles in the filter bag fiber, and enlarge the fiber gap. When the injection stops, part of the filter bag becomes a negative pressure and is discharged from the fiber gap, which is a "smoke" phenomenon that is instantaneously generated at the exhaust port. Therefore, the injection control of the pulse bag filter dust removal system is very important. In the design of the bag filter, the performance of the process, flue gas and filter material are properly configured. Under normal circumstances, most of the pulse bag filters we use use advanced compartment air stop technology. This ash removal technology is very effective. Compared with the traditional process, its dust removal capacity is significantly improved.
