The Pulse Jet Valve Diaphragm made of NBR.It is a kind of synthetic rubber, copolymer formed by polymerization of acrylonitrile and butadiene monomer, and has the advantages of good oil resistance (especially alkane oil), high abrasion resistance, good air tightness, good heat resistance, strong adhesion, good aging resistance and so on.
Although the chemical and physical properties of NBR vary with the amount of cyano in the polymer, NBR remains resistant to the dissolution and corrosion of grease, gasoline and other solvents. The higher the content of cyano group in the polymer, the stronger its corrosion resistance and the worse its elasticity.
