Right angle pulse valve working principle:
High pressure gas is connected from the air inlet and enters the lower air chamber
1. When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas enters the decompression chamber through the constant pressure pipe of the upper and lower casings and the throttle hole therein. Since the valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas is not discharged. The pressure between the decompression chamber and the lower chamber is made uniform, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the nozzle and the gas does not rush out.
2.When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted up by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole is opened, and the gas is ejected. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipe orifice, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than that of thedecompression chamber. The inflow velocity of the pressure tube gas causes the pressure in the decompression chamber to be lower than the pressure in the lower chamber, and the gas in the lower chamber elevates the diaphragm, opens the nozzle, and performs gas injection.
1.The pulse valve is directly installed on the flange seat of the outer wall of the air bag. The spray pipe crosses the air bag. Install the valve manual to match the appropriate blow pipe and mounting parts. Try to avoid flipping the valve at the bottom of the air bag. The air outlet pipe and the bulkhead connector are arranged, the bulkhead connector is fixed to the blow pipe and the air bag, and the blow pipe and the air bag must be additionally fixed.
