    Working principle of chiller with EVR10-012S Brass Refrigeration Solenoid Valve:
    Compression is produced by the engagement of an active rotor and two star wheels. Suction, pressure and row three consecutive processes are achieved through the periodic volume change caused by the rotation of the rotor and the star wheel, the number of teeth of the rotor is 6, and the number of teeth of the star wheel is 11. The main components are rotor, double star wheel, body, main bearing and energy regulating device. The capacity can be adjusted from 10% stepless to 100%, and can be divided into three or four sections.
    Principle of compression:
    1,Inlet technology: the gas enters the rotor slot through the inlet. When the rotor rotates, the star wheel enters into a state of engagement with the rotor groove, and the gas enters into the compression chamber (the closed space formed by the rotor tooth surface, the casing cavity and the side of the star tooth).


    2,compression process: as the rotor rotates, the volume of the compression chamber decreases continuously and the gas is compressed until the leading edge of the compression chamber turns to the exhaust port.


    3,Exhaust process: after turning the front end of the compression chamber to the exhaust port, start the exhaust and complete the working cycle. Due to the symmetrical arrangement of the star wheels, each revolution is compressed twice, and the displacement is correspondingly twice the amount of the weekly cycle.

     

    Selection should be made according to different operating environment, space, required cooling capacity of units and different rural areas.

    Water-cooled chillers must be provided with cooling towers. The open cooling circulating water system, due to the heat absorbed by the cooling water and air contact, carbon dioxide will be released into the air, the dissolved oxygen and turbidity in the water will increase, leading to a big problem in the cooling circulating water system: corrosion, scaling, bacterial growth and sludge. If the water quality is not treated well, the refrigeration equipment will be seriously damaged, the heat exchange efficiency will be greatly reduced, resulting in energy waste.

     

    Therefore, it is very important to treat the system water with corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition, sterilization and algae removal. Chiller cooling system must be equipped with electronic water treatment equipment or ferromagnetic water treatment equipment. Otherwise, the heat dissipation efficiency is too large, the use time is long. Over time, the less effective the system, the higher the annual cost of water treatment and the less likely it is to achieve 100% descaling. Cooling circulating water quality is key. The treatment of cooling circulating water is divided into physical treatment and chemical treatment. The physical methods are mainly electrostatic water treatment instrument, electronic water processor and internal magnetic water processor.
