    The role of refrigeration systems (EVR25 Refrigeration Solenoid Valve):
    EVR25 Refrigeration Solenoid Valves are connected to a series of refrigerating system ducts and are controlled by a command signal from a pressure relay, relay, temperature level controller and manual switch to open and close system fluid ducts, and are commonly used for refrigeration. System pipes open and close automatically with system control commands. When connected to the controller, it can cut off the flow of fluid in the system, such as the liquid supply line that can be used in the evaporator. When the compressor is shut down, the liquid can be closed into the evaporator to prevent the wet steam from entering the evaporator when the compressor is shut down. The compressor produces the liquid hammer. Another example is the cooling water pipe used by the condenser, which automatically cuts off or opens the water source while the compressor is turned on and off to save cooling water. In addition, the solenoid valve can also be used as a pilot valve to control the main valve and other applications. In short, it is combined with some automatic electrical appliances, constitute the refrigeration system automatic control and regulation of the main components.

     

    The opening and closing of the solenoid valve is controlled by the electromagnetic attraction generated by the current passing through the electromagnet. As the solenoid valve inlet and outlet diameter is larger, its open mode can be divided into direct open and indirect open two.Directly for small diameter solenoid valve, indirectly for large diameter solenoid valve.

     

    Direct opening and closing type solenoid valve is simple in structure, but it relies on electromagnetic force to open and close. When the pressure difference between inlet and outlet is large, the solenoid valve is difficult to open and cannot run quickly. Therefore, this solenoid valve is only suitable for small freon refrigeration system.

     

    Although the structure of the indirect open and close solenoid valve is more complex, but the solenoid coil only control the lifting of the valve needle, which greatly reduces the power of the coil, reduce the volume of the solenoid valve. When in use, the power should be supplied according to the voltage shown on the nameplate, and meet the requirement of maximum pressure difference. Solenoid valves must be installed vertically on the horizontal line with coils on top and refrigerant fluid flow must be aligned with arrows on the valve body. Only pay attention to the above points, in order to make the solenoid valve work correctly and reliably.
